David Harrison
David Harrison represents employees in class action and individual wage/hour cases, individual discrimination cases and other employment matters, such as severance negotiations.
Mr. Harrison is the managing partner of Harrison, Harrison, & Associates, the firm he opened in 2011 after having worked as an associate at a Manhattan employment law firm for seven years. Throughout his eighteen plus years practicing law, Mr. Harrison has focused his legal practice on representing employees who have been the victims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and overtime and minimum wage violations.
Over the past eighteen plus years, Mr. Harrison has represented thousands of employees against their employers – from drafting employment contracts to negotiating severance agreements to litigating a variety of employment claims in state and federal courts around the country. He has successfully taken on employers ranging in size from Fortune 500 Companies to local businesses and individuals who mistreated their workers.
Mr. Harrison is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association/New York, the National Employment Lawyers Association/New Jersey, the American Bar Association - Labor & Employment Section, the New York City Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association - Labor & Employment Section.
For many years, Mr. Harrison has been a contributing author for the American Bar Association's FLSA Midwinter Report, which serves as the annual supplement to the Ellen C. Kearns et al. eds., Fair Labor Standards Act (2d. ed. 2010).

Julie Salwen
Julie Salwen represents employees who have been treated in illegal, unfair ways by their employers.
Ms. Salwen attended law school after many years of work as a clerk at Pathmark and through her personal experiences understands how workplaces often operate. Ms. Salwen represents employees with claims of discrimination, claims that they were not paid for all hours worked and/or paid overtime, and other claims against their employers in individual, group, and class actions. Ms. Salwen has also represented employees who have issues regarding unemployment insurance benefits.
Ms. Salwen has been associated with Harrison, Harrison, & Associates since 2013. Before joining Harrison, Harrison, & Associates, Ms. Salwen was an associate at Abbey Spanier LLP, a class action law firm, where she represented employees in class and collective actions. Since her admission to the bars of New York and New Jersey ten years ago, Ms. Salwen has successfully represented thousands of employees.
Ms. Salwen is committed to workplace justice. In addition to representing employees with legal claims she is a member of the Amicus Committee of the National Employment Lawyers Association/New York where she has written appellate briefs (as a volunteer) arguing in support of interpretations of the law that recognize the realities of the workplace and promote the rights of employees. Ms. Salwen is also a member of the New Jersey affiliate of the National Employment Lawyers Association. In addition, Ms. Salwen successfully argued pro bono before the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court on behalf of an employee who was ordered to repay her unemployment insurance benefits (1).
